Rules and Regulation

Rain check only applicable when the golf round was stopped or abandoned under the regulation of club management. The claim will only be contemplated when one of the circumstance arises:

• The game/golf round was stopped or abandoned due to inclement weather condition and the game was stopped more than 2 hours; or

• The game/golf round was stopped due to other unforseen circumstances such as danger, landslide, flood, power failure (night golfing), etc.

• The course was closed more than twice during the same round.

• Other circumstances when it is impossible to continue the game. The is at the absolute discretion of the club management.

Raining does not mean eligibility for rain check. Rain check claim will only be admissible after a siren or other form of signal informing golfers that the game has stopped or abandoned.

• Fees applicable for rain check are as following:

Validity of rain check shall be as following:

• Rain check will be issued on that day only.

• Rain check is valid for 30 days from the date issuance.

• Rain check issued on weekday is valid for weekday only.

• Rain check issued on weekend or public holiday is valid on any time subject to club's restriction. (if any - a.m or p.m Tee-Off time, etc.)
